Membership
Types of Membership
The ACFC knows that volunteer help is essential to the well being of organization so that it can meet its mandate. The ACFC organizes numerous activities and members are called on to help as much as possible.
So to keep things as flexible as possible, the organization has different types of membership.
Full Membership (Single)
- eighteen or more (18+) years of age, have voting rights and serve in an elective capacity
Full Membership (Family) Children 16 years and younger and Parents
- Parents have the right to vote at elections, and have the right to serve in an elective capacity.
Associate Member
- sixteen to eighteen (16-18) years of age. Associate Members shall have the rights and privileges of Society Members, except the right to serve in an elective capacity.
Youth Member - Free of Charge
- less than sixteen (<16) years of age
Full Group Membership- Organization/Club/Company
- organize community group with one named representative member eighteen or more (18+) years of age. A group list must be submitted to extend non-voting privileges to other members of the group in the absence of the representative.
Business Membership
- Business with one named representative member. A group list must be submitted to extend non-voting privileges to other members of the group in the absence of the representative.
